AN ACT reclassifying the City of Eddyville.
Reclassify the City of Eddyville, in Lyon County, with a population of 2555, from a city of the fifth class to a city of the fourth class, which requires a population of 3,000 to 7,999.

Bowen) - Retain original provisions; reclassify the City of Ryland Heights, in Kenton County, from a city of the sixth class to the fifth class of cities. SFA (1, C.
