AN ACT relating to abortion facilities.
Amend KRS 216B.0431 to require physicians performing abortions in abortion facilities to have admitting privileges at a local hospital and staff privileges to replace local hospital on-staff physicians and to be board-certified or eligible in obstetrics and gynecology; require a staff member trained in CPR to be present in an abortion facility.
