AN ACT relating to elections.
     Amend KRS 117.085 to prevent disclosure of information in an application for an absentee ballot until after election day, except to the Secretary of State or the State Board of Elections; amend KRS 117.086 to prevent disclosure of lists of person who return their absentee ballots by mail or cast their ballots in the clerk's office until after election day.
