AN ACT relating to persons with a disability.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 12 to permit persons with a disability to make verbal communications to state entities in lieu of requirements that communications be submitted in writing.

SFA (1, K. Winters) - Amend to clarify that the exceptions created in the bill are for those who have a writing disability due to physical or neurological disability.
SFA (2, K. Winters) - Amend to clarify that the exceptions created in the bill are for those who have a writing disability due to physical or neurological disability and that the entities listed are part of the executive branch of state government.
