AN ACT relating to elections.
Amend KRS 83A.045, 117.045, 118.025, 118.165, 118.215, 118.225, 118.367, 118.561, 118.591, 118.601, and 118A.060 to change the filing deadline for candidates from the last Tuesday in January to the last Tuesday in April, to change the date of the primary from the first Tuesday after the third Monday in May to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in August, and amend to conform.
