AN ACT relating to the practice of pharmacy.
Amend KRS 319B.090 to prohibit the provisions of KRS Chapter 319B from limiting or restricting a registered pharmacy technician from engaging in that person's profession pursuant to his or her education and training if the pharmacy technician receives documented training from a pharmacist, manufacturer, or a licensed or certified orthotist, prosthetist, or pedorthist, or the pharmacy technician is certified or registered as a fitter of orthotic, prosthetic, or pedorthic devices from a nationally recognized board or association; prohibit the provisions of KRS Chapter 319B from limiting or restricting a certified pharmacist intern from engaging in his or her profession pursuant to his or her education and training.
