AN ACT relating to burial or cremation of indigent persons.
Amend KRS 72.450 to permit cremation of indigent decedent's body at the expense of the fiscal court, consolidated local government, or urban-county government of the decedent's legal place of residence; require any property found on the body of decedent to be delivered to the fiscal court, consolidated local government, or urban-county government of the decedent's legal place of residence by the coroner.
