AN ACT relating to legislative pay and declaring an emergency.
Amend KRS 6.190, 6.211, and 6.220 to establish that compensation, expense allowances, and stationery allowances are awarded to members of the General Assembly only during a regular session, unless legislation enacted during an extraordinary session allows compensation, expense allowances, or stationery allowances for members of the General Assembly during that extraordinary session; EMERGENCY.
SB 2 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, T. Shaughnessy) - Amend to delete references to an extraordinary session and to permit a member of the General Assembly to decline receipt of legislative compensation, expenses, and stationery allowances at any time.
