AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Amend KRS 196.026 to create the Division of Parole and Victim Services within the Department of Corrections; amend KRS 439.320 to abolish the position of executive director of the Parole Board; amend KRS 196.701 and 196.702 to conform; repeal and reenact KRS 439.562 to establish the Kentucky Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision and define its membership and duties.
HB 431 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions of the bill; change the identity of the representative on the Kentucky Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision from the director of the Division of Parole and Victim Services, ex officio, to the deputy commissioner of the Office of Community Services and Facilities, ex officio.
