AN ACT relating to grain.
Amend KRS 251.451 to change the amount that a grain warehouseman is required to be bonded for by increasing the minimum to $25,000 and capping the maximum at $1,000,000, except as otherwise authorized by the section; amend KRS 251.720 to cap the amount that a grain dealer is required to be bonded for by capping the maximum at $1,000,000, except as otherwise authorized by the section.
