AN ACT relating to breast-feeding.
Amend KRS 211.990 to establish a fine of $500 for the first offense and $1,000 for each subsequent offense for any person who violates of KRS 211.755, which permits breast-feeding by a mother in any location, public or private, where the mother is otherwise authorized to be.
