Career and Technical Education to direct the Education Cabinet to award raises for all certified and equivalent employees pursuant to KRS Chapter 151B that equal the same percentages and amounts that were provided local school teachers in fiscal years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008; EMERGENCY.
