Amend KRS 251.620 to make technical corrections; amend KRS 251.650 to pay a per diem of $50 and expenses per meeting to board members; amend KRS 251.720 to establish guidelines that must be met for persons purchasing grain valued at more than one million dollars within a calendar month; make technical corrections.
