AN ACT relating to the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children.
Repeal and reenact KRS 615.030 to replace the existing interstate compact relating to the placement of children with the new interstate compact for the placement of children; effective when the 35th state ratifies the compact or upon July 1, 2008, whichever is later; provide that until such time, KRS 615.030 shall remain in effect.
