AN ACT relating to the Court of Justice.
Repeal the noncodified provision of 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 305 which sunsets the senior status judge program contained in KRS 21.580 in 2007.

HCS/AA - Replace provisions of the bill with a new section amending KRS 21.580 to establish new conditions for entry into the senior status judge program, to require annual reporting of fiscal information regarding the program, and to extend the program until July 1, 2012.
