County
Court for each county -- Judge -- Compensation -- Commission -- Removal.
There
shall be established in each county now existing, or which may be hereafter created, in
this State, a Court, to be styled the County Court, to consist of a Judge, who shall be a
conservator of the peace, and shall receive such compensation for his services as may be
prescribed by law. He shall be commissioned by the Governor, and shall vacate his office
by removal from the county in which he may have been elected.
