Circuit Clerks

  • .010   Clerk defined -- Duties coextensive with Commonwealth -- Subject to administrative control of Chief Justice.

  • .015   Domestic violence training for circuit clerks and deputy clerks.

  • .030   Bond of clerks, deputies, and other personnel.
